No smoking in facility. Smoking outside the facility on the patio is permitted.
No pets allowed in the building.
Facility must be used for stated purpose, no sub-renting is allowed. If you are not able to utilize the facility, then you must work through our cancellation policy ( see below).
No renter will be allowed to bring alcohol into the building and guests will not be allowed to leave the building with alcohol in their possession. Bar access is available upon request but must be provided by us The Depot X Private Club due to dry county restrictions.
Service fee per event is 50% of deposit which is paid to hold the date for your event.
All cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations within three days of signing the rental agreement; all money paid will be refunded less $100.00 administrative charge.
Cancellations made more than thirty days prior to the event; fifty percent of the total rental fee is forfeited by renter. One hundred perfect of security deposit and fifty percent of the rental fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than ten days prior to the event; the entire rental fee is non-refundable. One hundred of the security deposit will be refunded.
The Depot X reserves the right to cancel rentals due to inclement weather, emergency conditions, or if renters falsified information to knowingly misuse the facility.
